Esta foto no merece quedarse solo con "Somos finisher de nuestra primera media maratón" (bueno, uno es finisher y la otra casi-finisher) Detrás de esta imagen hay mucho más que 21 kms (algunos de ellos bajo el diluvio universal); hay entrenamientos, lesiones, visitas al fisio, quedadas con amigos maravillosos para entrenar... y tantas tantas cosas más que solo los que corréis podéis entender... Parte de la medalla que ya tenemos en casa es para los que hoy a pesar del día habéis salido a la calle a dar ánimos, a gritar y a hacer sonreir a los que estábamos haciendo "chof chof chof" con las zapatilla empapadas. Gracias @drinkinrunners por ser mis guías en la salida y por hacer del km13 el más divertido. Gracias @guerrerasrunning por emocionarnos hasta hacernos saltar las lágrimas y darnos ese empujoncito de ánimo cuando quedaban un par de kilómetros. Gracias Madrid por ser la casa de nuestro primer Medio Maratón!! This pic could not just be "We´re finishers of our first half marathon!!!" (to tell the truth Juanan is finisher and Vio is almost-finisher). Behind this pic there is much more thn 21km with a terrible rain on us... behind of it there are a lot of workouts, injuries, visits to the phisio, running meetings with friends... and so many experiences that only those who run can understand. Part of this medal that is now at home with us is for you, all the people that we´ve seen cheering us up during the whole itinerary even though the day was anything but confortable and nice. Thank you so much @drinkingrunners for being my guide at the start and for making the 13 km the funniest of the whole race. Thank you @guerrerasrunning for touching us so deep and made us almost cry with emotion while giving us strength for the last 2 km. Thank you Madrid for being the home of our first Half Marathon!!!
